SHIPPING:
TIMES: Your order will typically ship within 24 to 48 hours of receiving it. Standard ground delivery within USA and Canada takes aprx 5 to 7 business days. International orders can take longer. We will email you an expected delivery date once your order is confirmed. Any item that is out of stock will be back ordered and shipped immediately upon its arrival. Occasionally circumstances beyond our control will require additional shipping time. Inclement weather, Holiday season, large orders, custom orders, out of stock items may take longer. We will contact you if an item is on back order at which time you can choose to wait, change or cancel your order without penalty.
METHODS: USA and INTERNATIONAL orders ship via UPS courier from our USA warehouse. CANADIAN orders ship via Canada Post from our Canadian warehouse.

TAXES and DUTY:
USA: All taxes and duties are included in your price. No extra charges EXCEPT for the state of Ohio, which is where our distribution center is located. We are required by law to charge the applicable Ohio State tax. This calculation will show in your shopping cart at checkout time.
Canada: LinkedForaCause.com is a Canadian based company. We are required by law to charge GST (5%) or HST (13%) based on which Province product is shipped to. The good news is that we are based in Alberta so we do not have to charge provincial sales tax on orders shipped to anyone in Canada exclusive of Provinces where it is harmonized in with your HST.
INTERNATIONAL: Taxes, brokerage and duty is regulated by the country the product is being shipped to. This is beyond our control and will be charged upon receipt of the goods at your door. Each country has different rules and fees. It is usually a percentage of the price of your order and normally not more than 20%. You will need to contact your Countries Customs office for more information. Pendants are made of pewter in Canada. The necklace chain is made in China and is lead free and nickel free. If you are unwilling to pay any duty that may be charged upon arrival of product to your door please do not place your order with us. Thanks for understanding. BACKORDERS: In the rare instance that an item is on backorder after you have placed an order with us, we will notify you within 48 hours at which time you can choose to wait, change or cancel your order.

RUSH SERVICE: If you require delivery quicker than indicated on your order please email us the specifics of where, what and by when you need it. We will get back to you with any additional costs that may be required and confirm if it will be possible to meet your date.

CANCELLATIONS: Since we attempt to ship all orders within 24 hours of receiving them, Shipping and handling, restocking and freight fees will apply to all orders shipped prior to receiving your request. If goods have not been shipped or pulled and packed yet, no charges will apply. The best way to let us know you wish to cancel an order is send us an email to info@LinkedForaCause.com with the subject line CANCEL ORDER in it.

RETURNS: If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase within 30 days, please send us an email and we will contact you with a return authorization number and address to send it to. Upon receipt of product we will refund the cost of your purchase. We appreciate feedback. It helps us be the best that we can be.

DAMAGED GOODS: In the rare instance that you receive damaged product, please contact us via email. We will make arrangements with you to send out replacement product and provide a return authorization to get the damaged product returned for inspection if need be.

Terms of Use Statement: You understand and agree that the owners of this site shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, data or other intangible losses (even if the owners of this site have been advised of the possibility of such damages), resulting from the use or the inability to use the product(s) and or service(s) or any misuse of the product(s) and or service(s) in a manner not in accordance with their intended use.
